We want you to be confident and happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Because Peppy products are consumables and personal wellness items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
Items must be in original condition (unopened and unused)
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue
How to Request a Return or Refund

Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received an incorrect item or we confirm a product issue, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
